The Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court Act allows for travel costs to and from health care providers. The current mileage table allows for 58 cents per mile for miles travelled in 2019. This is up slightly for miles traveled in past years. It is tax free and can be requested at any time so long as your overall claim remains open.
